Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Impala skates, but if the fit isn't perfect, we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unused items in their original packaging. Please ensure your skates are tried on indoors on a carpeted surface to remain eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your skates in their original Impala box.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Affix the return label to the outside of the shipping carton and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned gear for quality assurance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
